Well it looks like a good time to be starting my first post on this new blog, I'm planning a trip to Chongqing, China . I'll be part of a delegation from Wales, visiting for "Wales Week" from 28th February. I was in Chongqing last September and met students and staff from Chongqing University of Technology who gave me a great warm welcome and introduced me to the famous and deliciously spicy food of the region, I can't wait to return!

    Now we know where Roger the Adventure Dog gets his wanderlust! Lucky you going back to Chongqing - the people, food and amazing location make it one of the most interesting cities I've been lucky enough to visit in China. Have a great trip and tell us about your hot pot!
